Sturmtruppen is a comic strip created by Franco Bonvicini, better known as Bonvi

Sturmtruppen is a satirical depiction of World War II seen through the eyes of the German shock troops; However it is not simply a satire against the war, because the soldiers of Bonvi, in reality, are only a pretext with which he convinced anarchist, mocks that obedience "cieka, ready, assoluten" .

Using an Italian Germanized, with cadenzas and pseudogermaneggianti endings, the Bonvi depicts as a mass of gullible men and unable to grips with the difficulties of the war, the severity (or insanity) of the general, the lack of all those pleasures that allow humans to live, not to survive, such as foodstuffs or peace.

In strips one another grotesque and unrealistic situations, as a field doctor obsessed with vampires, a "mess Frankenstein" that comes to life by the chef experiments, until much more realistic invasions of mice or bugs in the trenches.
